We used Norlan to do some landscaping and long story short he forgot to put a membrane down under rock garden he put in and when the rains came we had weeds growing everywhere. When contacted he said he would fix problem and he did start to fix it and did about 35% and then just excuses why he could not finish. We ended up hiring another company to finish the job.
