Today I visited the Eagles Plumbing showroom in Prestons and I had a great experience. Paeton was very helpful and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She answered all my questions with patience and professionalism, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. The showroom has a great display of Caroma and other quality bathroom products - definitely worth checking it out if you’re planning a renovation or new build. Highly recommended.

As a builder, if I could give zero stars, I would. Their warehouse stuff are all clueless, blind leading the blind. Anna (sales) has a an attitude far beyond her ranks within the business and opts to find the easy way out rather than being solution orientated. Could be ok for orders for an everyday mum and dad but certainly not for builders who need effective communication, accurate lead times estimates and diligent deliveries.
