My mother lived in Apt F14 for nine years. Her apartment was caught on fire by kids on 7.03.2016. She was unable to live in your apartment due to repairs. The property management left her apartment unsecured (They took down the board while vendors were working) Someone came into her apartment and stole her possessions including clothes and shoes. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER , I have been here for a year and my car has been broken into twice . My ignition has been ripped out costing me 400 to replace and my window has been broken and the side of my car has clearly been pried open with a crowbar . When I got here the leasing office didn't give me all the keys to the door I locked myself out and couldn't get in I had to pay a locksmith and was not fully reimbursed. The Name has change to Infinity at Eagles Run.But the service is the same..new people every week,no problems being fix..the new people are so bold that they tell you to pay are live in the condition the apartments are in are you could just move..so to anyone thinking about moving in I say to you don't it's not a good place to put your hard earned money the really don't care about you are your wellbeing at all...there's Mold plumbing issue bedbugs problems and less not forget the Roachs...
There's Somebody gettin Rob Every Week Other Week Either Car Broke Into Or House!!
My family and I only lived here for 3-4 months the second month of us staying here someone broke into our apartment stole clothes and the flat screen. We were gone even 30 minutes and I broad daylight and nobody saw anything. The maintenance take forever to fix things that are important due to the fact we have a newborn child. The office staff are very unprofessional but the make sure they collect the rent when it's time! Smh we don't feel save at all we have to bring everything valuablewith us when we leave its sad.
These apartment are horrible. The staff change every week. They never fix your problem. They will never tell you something is wrong with you apartment until you move in and find the problems yourseft. I lived there for 1 year and 2 months and the gate was never fix. I recommend no one move there... PLEASE YOU WILL REGRET IT
