Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Unlike other veterinarians I've been too, I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets. I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Of course at times vets have to do unpleasant procedures on the pets, but they always demonstrate care and compassion. I really trust them and so do my pets. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
