Less than a 1 star. Their hours are from 10am. I went there today. I’m from out of town. This king lady called the manager to see why they weren’t open. It’s not located in a good area either. That’s another story. They didn’t show up until 11 am. I had to ask that nice lady to give me ride. She saved my life. I didn’t get my nails done. They need reliable workers and a new location.
I really love this place...I wish it would open earlier
I use to like this place but the last maybe 3-4 times she has not been doing my nail to my liking. I tried to give her chance after chance but it’s like she don’t care anymore and just give rush jobs. Not only that they don’t have many colors to choose from and my ideas for my nails are limited. The pedis are not good either they are rushed.
They had new people training and they had no Idea what they were doing
I don't go anywhere else Kim is great and full of new ideas
