Is this how you treat your residents equally? 1) You took most of my deposit for the final touch the cleaners would even not require after move-out. I write this honestly (and take the oath of God) that I had left nothing uncleaned. The carpet I was handed (during move-in) was dirty, and I even requested for replacement, you just ignored it and did nothing. Upon move-out, I made it cleaner than what I was handed to. This is regarding the Candlewood Apartments that is under their management. When you open the details of this apartment in online websites, you will probably like it as the rates are low as compared to neighbouring apartments. I did feel the same. Currently I live in one of their apartments.
