It is breaking my heart to see that this office is continually dropping the ball in regards to my husband and his care. It is apparent that the fax machine is ignored for days on end. Where important test results for my husband sat for days. (Doesn't this allow to many chances for my husband's information to be accessed? How is that protecting my husband's personal and health information? Isn't that a violation of HIPPA? How many other patients health info sits in the open for days on end, unattended to for anyone to access?... read more
RecommendedThey practiced strict COVID guidelines! Since we weren't sure what was wrong with me, they had me come in a side door entrance and put me directly into a room. I felt very safe and they took great care of me. Feeling much better now!
Terrible terrible terrible! I will never give this place my “business” again. All they see are $$$ and the well being of the patient no longer means anything to them.
Not taking health of patients seriously during the pandemic. they want people to come into the office unnecessarily. Terrible at listening to patients and their concerns.
RecommendedDr Vanessa Evans was so personable, kind, and understanding. Her staff followed her lead. Everyone was caring, organized, and thorough. Since this office is closer to my home and the staff and doctor were excellent, I'm switching here for my primary care.
Took my Sister there 12/29/2019 @4:05 she was in asthma attack and couldn’t breath. They would not take her they said it’s past 4 for walk in and they close at 5pm. All she needed was a steroid shot, that would not take long and no one was in the lobby but me and my sis... she could have stopped breathing, then would y’all have taken her? To the hospital we went... so if your sick don’t walk-in 1min after time, you can forget it. I hope to never have to go there again... Terri

Terrible practice! Will nickel and dime you for everything. Went in to get a prescription refilled, had my vitals taken, spoke to the doctor for 2-3 minutes, and was charged for a level 4 visit - $179! Was literally in the office about 15 minutes. That’s $716/hour for getting a prescription refilled! Very unethical billing practices! Do yourself a favor and stay away!
RecommendedThis office is full of friendly people who are good at their jobs , as a retired technician i appreciate competence when i see it , you give the best medicine there is in large doses , TLC ( tender loving care ) .
