RecommendedThe staff, nurses, and physicians at ELFP are so patient. They take the time to explain things and analyze what’s going on. We especially love Dr. Allen. The office staff is always polite and are willing to work with people on payments.
Waited 45 min to get to a room. Nurse scoffed at me when said I had to be somewhere else in 30 minutes! They never call back when you leave a message.

We went to the Hampton office after my hubby's PA moved from the Locus Grove office. David Farmer is great. He listens to your needs. Quick getting in, very clean, and efficient. It is worth the extra miles.

The first thing I noticed was that this entire office, from the waiting room to the exam rooms was the cleanest, sweetest smelling office I have ever been to in my life. The staff was professional and friendly and Mr. Lee, the nurse practitioner was caring and attentive to my concerns. I will definitely be back as I was displeased with my previous doctor who I had been a patient of for 22 years. I highly recommend Eagle's Landing Family Practice in Hampton.

I commend your staff for their professionalism and friendliness as well as I am so grateful that you all are open on the weekends. I was in severe pain all weekend and had to walk-in on Sunday @ 12 noon. I was miserable when I walked in but when I left, I was already on the mend and today (Tuesday) I feel back to my old self at almost 100%. Again, thank you.

The staff is kind. The office has been freshly remodeled. Unfortunately, you need to be prepared to live there every time you come, becacuse you will be made to wait for hours. Today it was a little over 2 hours for a routine visit, last time I came in October is was about 2 1/2. Too much. Sometimes you feel understood and properly diagnosed when you leave, but usually you're so irritated at the waste of your time that it still leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
