Since my husband and I have moved to Eagles Landing, it’s been nothing but a positive experience. I lived at Eagles Landing for 3 years. The property is in a great location. 20 mins from Boulder and 20 mins from Union Station. Right in the middle. US-36 is only 1/2 mile away. The FF1 Bus is 3 blocks away and can take you to Union Station and Boulder. The property also backs up to open space. Literally at the back steps of my building was the trail, which runs 16 miles in totoal from Thornton on one end and to Standley Lake on the other. Kacey, Ayden and the maintenance crew have been amazing. Since living at Eagle’s Landing we have had a couple issues. They were addressed immediately. Our furnace was failing and they immediately replaced it, and our air conditioning unit without us even asking. All maintenance requests are resolved within the day they are written, and everybody is so kind and thrilled to meet our pets. Eagles landing is truly a unique and fantastic place to live. I was a resident here for about 2.5 years, but recently had to leave due to unforeseen circumstances. What makes it unique are a couple of things: one is the setting. I lived on the south end of the property, facing the open space. It is rare to find an apartment with a large deck overlooking a large open space with a gently flowing creek. The creek brings all kinds of birds and wildlife.
