The entire apartment complex smells like marijuana all the time. Our neighbors would fight so bad that our entire building would shake. Nothing was ever done about it. Also, the pool was usable for about 2 weeks out of the time I lived here from May to September. It was either green or black the rest of the time. An amenity that I paid for in my rent. When we decided to move out, the faculty took their good time to fax a paper back to another realty company, claiming they never received the papers, even though the fax machin... read more
