Unfortunately our experience with Eagle Vision One wasn't the best. I felt like the doctors were great, especially Dr Bjorn. But when it came to getting contacts for my daughter it was a bit of a nightmare. We ordered them and it took a month to get here. No big deal. We went in to pick them up and the assistant helping get them in took over 20 minutes to put them in my daughter's eyes. Which made me question how good she was at her job if it took that long. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Sorensen has been helpful in treating my dry eyes. I had a vision exam and am pleased with my eye glasses. The prescription has corrected my vision better than I’ve gotten at other clinics. The keep a good schedule so I’ve never had a long wait in the office. I highly recommend Eagle Vision One.
I’ve been seeing Dr Warner for over 2 years now. He and the staff are always professional and polite. Dr. Warner is always thorough with my examination. He listens to what I say and responds with a sensible corrective approach. My husband also goes to Vision One. We both have been happy with their service.
Dr Sorenson is an amazing doctor. He listens makes suggestions that are possible. When needed he refers you to the same doc that he is with his same ethics, standards and compassion.
I am genuinely sad to be leaving this review. Both my husband and I have enjoyed Eagle vision one for years. But when they missed a diagnosis for my husband, ordered him 2 pairs of glasses after an incorrect diagnosis, and then in no way tried to assist us in resolving the problem (other than finally offering us 30% off our next pair of glasses, which was still horrendously expensive) we realized it was time to leave the practice. I've been getting my glasses here for over a decade. Started bring my wife, and planned on brining my new daughter in too. I was recently very disappointed in their service and have decided to take my business somewhere new.
Great staff. Doc I saw was polite and took the time to properly diagnose my challenging prescription. I don't see him on the website and don't remember his name. Karen was great as well guiding me through the appointment. It's a good team they have at Eagle Vision One.
