This is a completely negligent company who just wants to do the routine appointments but how they act is kryptonite to a neurodivegent. They are a liability and have a lawsuit coming. Our Healthcare system needs to do better this is unacceptable.
Let me start out by mentioning, I was a VERY complicated client. Depression, Anxiety, EXTREME OCD, bi polar, & ADHD. I'm a mother of 4 children, ranging form 18 to 10 yrs old. One of them is disabled to top it all. Dearest kind hearted Bruce was the one who handled my intake & made sure my insurance was accepted. I had a lot of questions & he never became impatient. Partner with Eagle View psychiatry for your mental health needs. You will receive dedicated patient assistance from the office staff and treatment from thoughtful and caring providers. That’s what I received as a patient with Eagle view.
Staff making appointment is great. The psychiatrist was horrible though. Didn't understand at all. Offered untelated advice. Convinced me to turn on my camera on then berated my appearance. Not helpful at all and honestly devastating I reached out in struggle and found them to make it worse
I’ve been coming here for months and repeatedly the psychiatrist shows up 30 minutes later than your appointment
