Had an appointment for them to review trimming some hedges. No one showed up so I wasted my evening sitting around. Followed up asking what happened and if this would be rescheduled. No one got back to me. Don't appreciate companies that don't value my time. Go with Pearsons or someone else, they actually show up and call you back.

After a vicious windstorm that hit Mattawa on May 18, 2026, we ended up with a red pine and spruce uprooting and lying across our inground pool and hitting the house. Eagle Tree Service did an amazing job removing the fallen trees and removing the debris. We also decided to remove 4 birches and a maple growing close to the house for safety reasons. The Eagle crew did an impressive job felling the trees and their clean-up was better than expected. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
Eagle Tree Services were Freaken Amazing ! Their experience, expertise and equipment were bar second to none . Staff were courteous, respectful of their surroundings and hard working. It has been years since I have physically received such great service, customer service at the same time . If in doubt run do not walk to your phone and get it done .
