Eagle Transmission is the place to go for transmission repair! Not only did they do great work but the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything to me thoroughly and got my transmission repaired with little to no hassle! Thanks for all your hard work guys keep up the good work!!

For a girl and having no car experience the manager, Lewis, well explained everything that was going on with my situation. They assisted from the tow ride to financial help with my repair bill. My transmission went out so bad the car jolted I came to a complete stop in the middle of an intersection. Gerardo was sooo helpful! I was driving from California to Georgia and my transmission gave out here in Dallas. I was so scared and nervous but Gerardo assured me that he could fix it all up for me and get me back on the road quickly. He was very knowledgeable about the transmission and was able to find the cause of the issue within minutes. I was invited to come in, so I did. Gerardo introduced me to one of their long-time transmission builders, Dave, and it seems he knows them well. Also, showing me around the shop and talking about their ethics.

I brought my Land Rover in for a pretty big transmission repair. The dealer wanted $1800 and Eagle did it for $800. I have had no issues with the repair. Gerardo was very helpful and kept me updated throughout the repair. These people are very honest and friendly, I would definitely recommend.

I have been working with Eagle in Richardson for some time now as we initially repaired the transmission and then they worked with me to replace another part that had gone out as the result of the stiffness of the repair and they did this at cost and even when the factory part failed, they redid the work at no cost without complaint. They also told me about a workaround that could be done to protect my transmission in the future and did that for me at cost when they replaced the broken part.
