We recently had Mesquite Eagle Transmission rebuild the transmission in our car. We had used a different Eagle Transmission previously but this was our first experience with Mesquite. Their service was very personalized, which we appreciated, and the job was well done. When the car was ready to be picked up, they came 15 or 20 miles to where we live to pick up David so that he could get the car because I was sick. I am a repeat customer of Mesquite Eagle Transmission. They rebuilt the transmission on one vehicle for me and everything turned out well. I liked that it was convenient, the price was good, and they kept me abreast about what was going on with my car.

While driving home on the freeway on a Friday afternoon, our 2001 Honda Odyssey mini-van had a transmission problem. When you'd accelerate, the transmission wouldn't engage—you could hear the engine rev, see the RPMs increase, but the van wouldn't move forward. We had it towed home by AAA (and just FYI on the AAA tow—we had three people in the van, but the tow vehicle could only seat two. Having no other way to get home, one of our passengers had to walk. Picked up my van about two weeks ago. Drives great and no problems! It was done in a timely fashion and the communication was good as well. Clean shop! Would use again!

When our van's transmission was going out my husband went to eagle in mesquite he read the reviews and decided to go there and have it checked for free. The transmission problem was getting worse and even though it was somewhat driveable we thought we needed a week or so to decide to fix it or get another van. The manager checked in with us a couple days later we were so impressed we did make our decision to have the van repaired here. Got recommended to come here. Had a good experience! Very clean, friendly! I brought my car here thinking I had a transmission problem, they informed me it was a misfire. They do not fix that there, so I went somewhere else, got the plugs changed and problem solved! Thanks for the honesty guys!

Best experience ever at any place remotely related to cars. I know almost nothing about cars and am always afraid I'm being taken advantage of. I didn't have to worry about that here -- the awesome folks here really seem to just do their jobs without trying to unnecessarily maximize their profits.
