They are very nice and communicative -- they always called me back to keep me updated. They came out and showed me what happened to the car, which helped me understand why it needed a new transmission. I would definitely recommend Mesquite Eagle Transmission. They were prompt and did good work at a good price.

I used Mesquite Eagle Transmission to replace my transmission and have been back several times, as they were nice enough to check out a couple of other things for me. The service has been great every time.

decided to use Mesquite Eagle Transmission because they were easy to work with and convenient. They had a financing program, which helped me quite a bit. My experience with them was good. They did a transmission repair and everything turned out fine.

I used them after reading all the positive reviews. I drive a Jaguar & was having trouble shifting into Drive position. I just knew it was going to cost a fortune to repair. I dropped my car off & within a couple of hours Joanna called to tell me a bolt was loose. They were able to tighten the bolt & the car worked fine. They told me there was NO CHARGE. When I was having trouble with my car, I went to a mechanic that told me it was my transmission and recommended that I go to Mesquite Eagle Transmission. I had a very good experience with them. I had a great experience at the eagle in mesquite, I was traveling for work when my car stopped shifting so I had to have them tow it in.. They gave me a free diagnostic and found out I needed to rebuild my transmission. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was only without my car for 2 days and it is running great.

We researched different companies when we had to have our transmission rebuilt, and Mesquite Eagle Transmission was the most affordable. They got back to us with answers to whatever questions we had and went way beyond what was required. We had a warranty company that was not cooperating, and Mesquite Eagle went out of their way to make things happen for us. Their customer service was outstanding.
