I recently purchased an Eagle trailer from their manufacturing facility in Portland Oregon. My entire experience working with Rick and the team was world class. I was in a bad position with a weak and overloaded utility trailer. I needed serious help. Terrible place!!! Messed up on the transaction, so we had to redo it in store. After he fixed it, we paid and went on our way. They came back later and tried to make us pay more money, saying they messed up on the papers and we need to give them more money ( again, really? they had already cashed our original check.....seriously WTF).
