I DO NOT recommend buying or renting anything in this community. They have PAPER THIN WALLS!! If your neighbor burps or farts you can hear it! You hear everything, phone calls down to sneezing. These complexes are cheaply built and some are falling apart. The foundations are terrible. Some units have cracked floors and unleveled showers that don’t properly drain. I cannot recommend purchasing a home at Eagle Trace. My experience with the sales team was defined by hidden fees, shifting financial terms right before signing, and incredibly poor construction quality. 1. High-Pressure Bait-and-Switch Tactics They originally advertised the unit with a $4,500 builder credit. There was absolutely no mention of a 1.75% builder fee in any of their brochures, pricing sheets, or initial discussions. This community has a great location with easy access to NW Gainesville, UF, and I-75 and since the new owners took over it's always well maintained and clean. The new townhomes are really nice and even have garages. The units on the lake a beautiful as well.
