Their customer service has some work to do. I personally had no issues with my storage for years until prestige bought them. Let's not get me started on the 2 or 3 raising of prices in a short 18 months or the fees for every little thing especially when someone struggles let's give them $25 fee to send them late notice one of many fees.They don't take responsibility for their actions.
