Eagle Services response, problem diagnosis and repair professionalism was above reproach. Lightning strike damaged HVAC system and Eagle borrowed replacement parts from backup unit to repair our system within 4 hours. Not to mention they will be handling warranty part recovery and lead times behind the scene preventing customer burden and returning residential cooling conditions to normal by treating the situation like an emergency service requirement. Once again Eagle Services has come to my rescue and repaired my AC unit .When the technician came and I told him what it was doing John new exactly what was wrong went straight to my unit and bypassed the problem and got it up and running temporarily till the part needed was ordered few days passed then John showed up out of the clear blue and changed the part needed checked all pressures and made sure all was well again Eagle Services and John thank you my wife is asthmatic and can not take the heat I will always recommend ... read more
