This individual arrived at my home without any notice. I wouldn't let him on the property as I had no idea anyone was even coming to look at the roof. I just saved thousands of dollars! After discovering mold in my attic, I got three quotes for repairs--the highest exceeding $18,000+ from an attic company! That didn't even address the root cause of a poor ventilation design, so the mold would have returned.
