Terrible place to live I've lived here for 4 years and can't find anything positive to say. Do yourself a favor and find another place to live. The maintenance crew inspired me to leave and find a new place.
Do not move here Do not move here , I moved here when I was 7 and the place is still terrible. It is not kid friendly. They took the basketball court and pool away from us and only the kings village residents can swim there. My father has been asking for a rug change , new paint on the walls and new tiles on the floor in the bathroom and we still haven’t had any of these changes done. There is mold all over the bathroom and we have told them multiple times to come and fix these conditions and this is sick
5/10 Only giving this complex a 5/10 because of it’s pricing. If anything goes wrong expect it to be done half way, the priority of the staff is to make things as difficult as possible and to fix things with tape and rubber bands basically. I personally lived at this apartment complex for 5 years I’ve spotted little mouse around the property, the rain leaks through the walls and created mold which they Took 6MONTHS to fix with paint!!!!! I wish I could give it a negative number This place is disgusting. Please dont waste your money. The air conditioner that you pay 30 dollars extra for doesn't run and if you call a maintenance guy to come fix it all he does is hit it with a wrench until it runs and then you have to call again the next day. There is mold in the bathroom from no ventilation. Paint is chipping off and falling on the carpet. Walls are so thin that I can hear the tenants under us SNORING. My AC is out... I have an infant... It's 85 degrees in my apartment... And Laurie who works the front desk told me she didn't need to speak to me and proceeded to hang up. She told my boyfriend (since for some reason will only talk to the man of the house? ���) that her supervisor very quickly advised that they cannot do anything to help until next week. Lovin It! I love this community. It's very quiet and welcoming. I have no complaints about choosing Eagle Rock to be my first apartment and would recommend it to anyone. Also the surrounding area is beautiful with so full of things to do and easy to commute to work. Overall 10/10
