Great Local Hardware Store Tired of monster hardware stores where you cant find a product, let alone an employee who knows anything? Check out Eagle Rock Lumber and Hardware thats been in Eagle Rock for more than 85 years. Their supply is good and their service people knowledgeable and helpful. They have everything from lumber to garden products to nuts and bolts to key-making services.
Okay Neighborhood Hardware and Lumber The lumber selection here is not bad for a small community lumber yard, but the prices are a little high. the interior of the bldg. is quite dusty. No real service except in the lumber section.

This is a very ugly lumber and hardware store. Some of the stuff looks like it has been there since the 70's. Some of the staff like the cashiers are very nice, but the guys you need to help you with stuff, particularly in the lumber area are really hit and miss. One guy will bend over backwards to help and the other will make you feel as if you are wasting his time. If you live in the area and are desperate to pick something up maybe this is the place, but their pricing isn't that great. I would recommend Home Depot or Virg... read more
