Awesome dealer and service, Eric the sales manager made the buying process really easy and was able to accommodate my work schedule and stayed late to let me pick up my new wheeler.
I was recommended this place by friends who are frequent clients here for their outdoor toys and parts. My inquiry Emails were immediately answered along with all my of questions about a new Surron. My bike came right on time and was built within 24 hours of them receiving it and I picked it up same day. These guys are awesome. Shout out to Eric for the fast replies, easy ordering, signing, and answering any and all of my questions! Will be recommending this place to everyone for parts and toys!
Hey it was finally time for me to take the time to leave a review for this business. I’ve been in there several times and each time I always walk out in a better mood than I did walking in. Paul is fantastic, super helpful this last winter with my Snow machine needs, specifically layering with klim gear . Eric in Sales has always been great to work with. Cody in Service and everyone else I’ve had dealings with have been awesome as well. Really appreciate how easy they made ordering, purchasing and getting into the saddle of my new Scrambler XP 1000s for me. I would highly recommend Eagle River Polaris Arctic Cat to anyone in the market for the brands they sell.
I was in the market for a brand new rzr and everywhere was sold out until I went here. They made some calls and found one in the back of another dealers yard. The sales team was extremely helpful and I was able to pick it up the next day. If you’re in the market for a new Polaris this is the place to go.
