Our pipes froze a couple times over the winter… Cordell told me how we can insulate our pipes better to prevent freezing next year. We know who to call for any future issues. Excellent, honest work. ER Heating and Mechanical was able to come out quickly (within hours) during one of the coldest days of the year when my heater stopped working. They quickly identified the issue, secured a part, and communicated when they would be back to fix it (same day). Not only that but within a couple of weeks, I had a minor unrelated issue that they gave troubleshooting instructions over the phone to save me an emergency call out. Honest business, would highly recommend.
