Cordell and Seth were friendly, efficient, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work! Excellent, honest work. ER Heating and Mechanical was able to come out quickly (within hours) during one of the coldest days of the year when my heater stopped working. They quickly identified the issue, secured a part, and communicated when they would be back to fix it (same day). Not only that but within a couple of weeks, I had a minor unrelated issue that they gave troubleshooting instructions over the phone to save me an emergency call out. Honest business, would highly recommend.
Had ER Heating/Mechanical give a long overdue maintenance/cleaning of my 1990s vintage Burnham gas-fired boiler for our hot water baseboard system. Also they replaced a much needed atmospheric vent (backflow preventer) and boiler pressure relief valve. They were both replaced with a single Combination Boiler Feed Valve & Backflow preventer. Also had them replace a automatic bleeder valve. They were very professional and tasks were explained what was being done in layman's terms.
