Appointment was for 3:00. I was there a few minutes before 3:00. Exam began right around 3:00 and I was out of the door by 3:30. Staff was very friendly. Great experience!

Very Accommodating Service for Broken Crown Got me in quickly for a temporary fix and then back for a complete re-posting and replacement with CEREC one-visit crown. Service is pleasant by hygienists and efficiently managed by Dr. Grimm.

Dr. Kruger is awesome-so gentle, calming. This is good for a patient who gets anxious when the dreaded D-word is mentioned. The practice also has a Service Dog to help nervous patients. The entire staff is wonderful.

Thanks for accomodating! I really appreciate how understanding the staff at Eagle River were for my appointment. Due to an unexpected conflict with my husband's work, I had to bring my four-year-old daughter with me. The hygienist was so great with her! She managed to care for my teeth while entertaining my daughter. It was so helpful.
