Yesterday we had an emergent situation with our senior cocker spaniel, Stanley. Dr. Katie and her entire staff from the front desk to the vet techs were so kind, caring and respectful. We were first time clients of the ERAH and they were responsive and helpful. Highly recommended this great team! I can't thank them enough for the great professional care and respect for our sweet Stanley!! This was emergent, we were not established clients and yet they went above and beyond to be sure Stanley's needs and our needs were met.
The caring staff at Eagle River Animal Hospital are amazing! They have gone above and beyond countless times to help us with our very medically complicated beagle. From research and communication with UW Veterinary Medicine, to late night phone calls, they are truly the best.
The staff at ERAH took great care of my dog, Zoe, when she was bit by another dog. They took care of her promptly and even did a nail trim (free of charge) while she was sedated. It was a pleasant surprise after a traumatic morning!
