A vet tech told my puppy's doctor that I was not financially able to handle paying for all the vaccines, so the doctor held off on two that my puppy is now behind on. Not only was I expecting to pay for them all that day, they then try to sell me on classes. That is incredibly unprofessional to lie about. Will not be returning.

I'm very sorry for your experience. I will talk to the staff about this incident. It is very common for us to split up/spread out vaccines on puppies. We do it often for a couple reasons, puppy size, puppy age, puppy health and yes sometimes finances. Highly recommend the staff and services at Eagle River Animal Hospital. Our dog, Charlie was near the end of life and the team provided exceptional service and comfort during a very difficult time. Not being permanent residents in the area, or being familiar with veterinarian services in the area, we were so fortunate and blessed to come across ERAH. They are very friendly, professional and don’t overcharge. Our Bichon went in for a teeth cleaning and had three moles removed. We met individually, with each medical professional who would be working on our dog. Just like they would at a hospital for people. We were very comfortable leaving our precious dog with them. They called us when the surgery was complete and kept him under observation for a few hours, to make sure all went well.
