Waited 11 hours until I saw doctor, no joke, swear on god lol. Threw up 12 times in one day and couldn’t even keep a sip of water down. Worst nausea and stomach pain of my life. Decent care provided but terrible priority list and waiting time. This hospital is very slow
Supprtive and patient staffs in ER. Just waiting time was a little bit long.
The short nurse with glasses at the front desk was absolutely horrible. I came in already dealing with severe pain, and instead of compassion or basic kindness, I was met with rudeness, attitude, and complete disregard for how I was feeling. She was so unbelievably disrespectful that she actually made me cry. People come to a hospital vulnerable, scared, and hurting—not to be spoken to like they’re an inconvenience. I had a surgery on May 12 and I was super scared of it, but upon waiting the nurse came to grab me and really helped me get through it I was super anxious but she talked and helped me through it and really all the staff here are wonderful god bless your families nurses and doctors.
