Kudos to all the staff for handling a visitor yelling at the nursing station. They were all calm and nice. That man was a weirdo, yelling and making a scene. Nurses should be treated with respect. Thank you for your professionalism.

I had a very positive experience at Eagle Ridge Hospital. The doctors, nurses, and support staff were kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Even though the hospital was busy, I felt well cared for throughout my visit. The facility was clean and organized, and everyone I interacted with treated patients with compassion and respect. I'm very grateful for the excellent care I received.

I have had the misfortune of ending up in this ER twice, and both experiences were absolute nightmares. This department is run with a level of chaotic incompetence and utter disregard for basic human dignity that is honestly terrifying. During my first visit, after getting a CT scan, the staff sent me to wait in the wrong area. I sat there agonizing for seven straight hours before trying to get help. I am writing this review while I am still sitting in the Eagle Ridge Hospital Emergency Department. My mother, who is visiting Canada as a tourist, arrived with a confirmed radial head fracture, a physician’s assessment, and X-rays already completed.
