I cannot find parking there, I've had to miss to appointments due to no parking! Terrible.
My 85 year old MIL waited past ER for 12 hrs - made her sit at a wheelchair for hours and hours with no update whatsoever if we didnt try to look for a more comfortable spot for her sit with her pain not being addressed her condition would have been so much worse. The staff who were there (male with colored blue or green hair) if being asked properly would give you sarcastic answers and just not friendly at all.. even on the phone they always have no proper answers and just really rude with no empathy at all.
Been here 5 hours .which is what it is now for an ER. But on saying that not one person has gone in for treatment in the last hour and a half . There are about 14 people here at 3 am .some one just gave up .hoping others follow .course I'll still be sitting here . I should have gone to RCH
Very rude frontline staff and triage nurse. They all had the worst attitude, didn't even try to be helpful. Seemed like they dont care about patients. However, Dr. Bellan was the most caring and amazing person that could have seen me
