Literally the worst place to live. During our time there we were given an eviction notice for a clerical error made by their office (never had one before or since and we were proven correct after a month of harassment, with no apology ever given. Thank goodness I keep excellent records). They also allowed mold to grow in our apartment because of a plumbing leak. Worse place to live at. We’ve been here for almost 2 years and haven’t fixed the problems that we wrote down when they let us “tour” the apartment. We have outlets hanging out of the walls, lighting fixtures hanging from the ceiling, there was a hole in my bedroom door & wall when we did our walk through, plus the second bedroom door doesn’t even have a piece on the wall to make it shut all the way. I applied. I called up because I got an email to set up a visit to look at it. Then I had this lady have the nerve to tell me Im over qualified? Tells me bye bye and hangs up. That would be a first. Our income we get isnt much at all but then I have this lady telling me we make too much. Seriously? ✋ Dont recommend

I would like to know why if a heating and air conditioning company is called and 4 units (as I was told) made complaints - why is it 5:30 and no one has come to my door...its like pulling teeth to get maintenance issues fixed. I am so tired of being pacified with a "we'll get on it or someone is coming and I see maintenance at the empty units doing work. �����

Poor management. Apartments/Townhomes in poor repair. Carpet thin, barely covers the weft. Community grounds are covered in dog feces, waited months for repairs. Mailboxes were broken for almost 2 months before finally replaced.Managers changed. You inform mgmt... The new one, blames the old one for the issues not being resolved. BTW...they work for the same company -Sundance. Cheap fixtures, patio doors drafty and outdated, they come in and out of your apartment with no notice. Not the type of apt community you would expect... read more

Wouldn't recommend these apts to ANYONE. Maintenance takes up to a week or more to fix anything. Had to have them come 3 days in a row bc they didn't fix the problem correctly. My apt isn't updated and I pay just as much as some of the ones that are. My apt also got broken into and many other apts in the other complexes. To me, it's just not worth the rent price. I've only been here since March and I CANNOT WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP IN FEB!
