I lived here 4 just over one year and then due to personal circumstances was affected. I've spent the last three months trying to get ahold of somebody so I can pay my eviction off. I went through the attorney that file the eviction who said to reach out directly to the landlord. I then reached out to Tzadik management, because they were in charge of this complex at the time. Lived here and there was a murder every other month. They are crooks and good luck getting any security deposit back. You are in danger here and by the time you realize it they have you in a contract. It's sad people are being forced to give up security deposits for their safety. They should be shut down. It's beyond me they still are open.
