Very friendly staff. The doctor had Excellent chairside manner. Very personable service...mot an assembly line style service like some offices. A extra Thank you to certified optician Richard Michener. Richard was on fleek when it came to choosing my eye glass frames and had a great personality.

This past weekend, we were in the Ft Worth area for my son's Regional gymnastics competition and I realized that I had failed to pack my daughter's contacts when we left home in Oklahoma. I contacted the staff at Eagle Ranch and, with a copy of my daughter's prescription faxed from our eye care clinic in Oklahoma, they were able to help me get enough contacts for my daughter so she didn't have to miss out on the sites/ fun during our stay. That is customer service!
