I walked in to see what LVP they had available and ask about getting a quote for replacing some carpet. The owner intercepted me and started aggressively asking questions about the project. His tone was unpleasant, he didn't seem to be knowledgeable about the product ("these things are changing every year so it's hard to keep up"), and he was argumentative about seemingly inconsequential things despite clearly having no idea what he was talking about (but with his "50 years of experience" he didn't see how he could be wrong)... read more
