Definitely NOT the best Property Management Company in Sacramento! We had them manage our property and grew exasperated with the poor response time and lack of communications. When we finally ended our tenure with Eagle and they took our reserve account balance and deducted fees from our account to pay for things we didn't ask for and that were not properly documented. Been with Eagle, Home River, Nielson, and others, but none have given my roommates and I a hard time like Eagle. And if its not the PM and the home owner pointing fingers, it's us having to constantly put in maintenance requests for things that were malfunctioning before we arrived, and it STILL doesn't get fixed. If I never do business with their ilk again, it would be too soon. I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received for the installation of a new garage door motor. The management company was incredibly responsive — I submitted my request online in the evening, and they promptly replied the next day, placing an order with the vendor. The vendor came the following morning for an estimate and returned the next day to complete the installation. The whole process was quick and seamless. I appreciate the fast communication and efficiency. Highly recommend!
They managed my property for one week A potential renter noticed a leak and reported it. Eagle Property Management decided not to send a plumber because I was sending someone out to take photos of the damage. See the PHOTOS.
