I just moved in to a TMT-managed property and so far, so good! I appreciated the communication from the property manager Avelina during the qualification process when I submitted my application, and I like the online portal and ability to make payments and maintenance requests online, in addition to submitting renters insurance and other necessary information. Leon and the gang at TMT are awesome when it comes to maintenance. Leon helped us get a new W/D combo and was able to meet the techs at both installs while we were at work. Super prompt getting back to my emails and always down to help us fast when something breaks
