Patti Santos, currently of TMT Properties, has been my property manager for well over 10 years now. She notifies me of any necessary repairs and makes all the arrangements coordinating with the tenant and myself to get repairs done quickly. She goes onsite for an annual inspection and keeps me updated with pictures while we schedule any landscaping and upgrades according to the tenant's availability and my ability to pay for major improvements.
