I am extremely disappointed with my experience dealing with this property management company. The biggest issue was the lack of communication. After submitting an application and investing time gathering all of the requested information, I was left waiting with little to no updates regarding the status of the application. We had an excellent experience working with TMT Properties. Patty and Katie were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. During the walk-through, Patty provided all the information we needed and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. I wouldn't recommend this property management service to anyone I personally know. Started with them in Oct 2025, Robert was quick to come out and take pictures of the property during our first meeting. I asked Robert to go out and take new photos because there were some upgrades and also wash and dryer was removed (didn’t want it to be misleading) After asking several times i decided In December I wanted to cancel because the new pictures still weren’t taken. Our experience with TMT Property Services and working with Patti was amazing. Very professional, great property viewing and always available when my wife and I had questions. Worst application process ever. There was zero communication and me and my partner were completely ghosted after viewing the property and paying $100 to apply. They kept sending emails stating there was an issue with our paystubs and advised to contact them if we had questions, but they never replied to our emails/calls. I feel like I got scammed for an application fee. I’m debating contacting my bank to dispute the charge. The property was also filthy when we went to view it.
