Haven't had an issue with this company. they are prompt at responding to maintence requests. The app associated with them is convenient for paying rent and putting in maintence request. Also appreciate the RentChecker app for documenting condition of the apartment before move in so that we are both on the same page from day 1. My only issue is more property specific where the landscaping could use more routine work and improvement, update of the laundry facilities to newer machines, as well as a larger bin for recycling.
