I am extremely disappointed with my experience dealing with this property management company. The biggest issue was the lack of communication. After submitting an application and investing time gathering all of the requested information, I was left waiting with little to no updates regarding the status of the application. Multiple attempts to obtain clarification were met with delayed responses or no response at all. I have notified this company several times regarding a vacant property they manage. The first time I called I notified them that homeless individuals where hanging around the backyard and they need to do something about it, the only response I got was thanking me for letting them know. The second time I notified them that the same property now has homeless entering the property and doing who knows what to the interior of the property, again all i got was a thank you for letting us know. I wouldn't recommend this property management service to anyone I personally know. Started with them in Oct 2025, Robert was quick to come out and take pictures of the property during our first meeting. I asked Robert to go out and take new photos because there were some upgrades and also wash and dryer was removed (didn’t want it to be misleading) After asking several times i decided In December I wanted to cancel because the new pictures still weren’t taken. Amazing experience. I’ve been working with Katie and Patti at TMT Property Services, and have given the best support to me and my Santa Maria rental. We just wrapped up a full turnover, and I wasn't exactly looking forward to it. There were a lot of moving parts but Katie and Patti were very proactive and stayed on top of everything.
