When I needed to send a hard copy of an important document via fax I called Eagle Postal Express to inquire about the cost of service, but they didn't answer... As I continued to make calls elsewhere, I received a call-back from Eagle Postal Express and they ended up saving the day (and way more than that due to the service I suddenly needed). This is the best shipping company I have ever used. I have shipped through them so many times and all my experiences with them were perfect and satisfying. They help you with the best options available, and the delivery time is fast. I have shipped many times with them internationally and I was surprised how fast my packages were delivered. I recommend them big-time
