DO NOT GET A STORAGE HERE! I've tried to pay my storage for a month and there's nobody ever there. She lies and says someone is there 10am to 5pm. I moved to OKC and she knew it. She chose not to tell me they were gonna dispose of all my stuff after I asked for autopay and tried so many times to pay in person. They give you 30 days and then just ignore your calls and messages. My friend sat there for an hour yesterday before close trying to make my payment for me and the door was locked. Amazing experience with the manager, Amy. She was very helpful from the get go. I’ve worked in storage for years and being a family run-business, they were completely on top of it. For the rest of these reviews, it’s a storage unit, guys. Crickets and spiders are a given, city OR rural, it doesn’t matter how much pest control you do, it’s a given. Thanks again for the great service y’all have provided.

will incorrectly charge you months after you’ve cleared out storage unit and asked to terminate payment. only refund you a partial amount their wrongfully charging you and they are impossible to get a hold of! still waiting for a voicemail i left 2 months ago to be returned and call frequently every week with no avail. super unprofessional.

The place is clean very easy to enter and exit. The manager was very nice and helpful I think this is the best storage place around
