Would never recommend living here. The trim on the walls of the condo were disgusting, half way off the walls. The place had SO many spiders, no matter how often I cleaned. I asked for them to come spray & they totally ignored me. TWICE someone entered my condo while I wasn’t home (no one called or emailed before hand) & left cabinets & lights on, both times. When I left my last condo there, they accused me of taking some towels, which I didn't take.(charged me $40, but never told me what kind of towels, color or anything about them. I have an email to prove that I asked, but never recieved an answer) Charged me $25 for a gate pass that I bought from the security people ($15 per pass) and that I turned them back into...all 3 of them. Charged an exuberant amount for cleaning the condo (over $200) which was more than the condo I rented before. Tried to charge me again for cleaning ... read more

RecommendedMy husband and I just closed on a condo at Eagle Pointe. Susan and Heather helped us through some very difficult issues with the mortgage company and appraiser in a situation where there should not have been any issues. They maintained professionalism, but stood firm in representing us well. In addition, we had been "shopping" for a condo for over a year and they were in constant contact with us about any properties coming on the market. We highly recommend them!
Susan flipped her wig when I was moving. Legal issues and deployment status caused me to move, but the way they handled it was un-ethical. I didn’t pay my last month because I hadn’t been there in 3 months, I paid the first 2 months I wasn’t there, I came in and told them my situation and without an eviction notice she showed up throwing my electronics and packing/going through all my stuff. My husband and I were first time home buyers and nervous about making such a big decision. I knew after talking with Susan for just a few moments she was going to be a great fit. I know she is very busy, yet we felt like we were her only client. We found our home in a short time and I feel with a different realtor we may still be looking.
