I was there yesterday with my lab Moe. He had his lymph nodes extremely swollen. We were very scared and concerned. Dr. Hancock and the staff were awesome! They took care of my Moe and made him feel at home. Moe felt very comfortable with everyone. After some exams, Moe was given antibiotics and sent home. He is scheduled to go back in 2 weeks forna follow-up. I feel blessed for having them in town. We were so scared. ��

We took our boxer Bonnie in without an appointment, she was immediately checked on. Dr. Dorsey immediately ran xrays to see what was wrong with her. The whole staff at EVDH was so caring and genuinely compassionate with our baby girl. She was well taken care of. They even gave us a tour of the hospital and explained on what they do and see some of their equipment. Not only do they care for their patients but for their families as well. Thank you to all the staff at EVDH.
Great customer service: friendly, personable and very caring. I feel like the doctors and veterinary teams really listen to my concerns. I never feel rushed and our appointments have been relaxed and easy - which is great for my dogs! Keep up the good work - y'all are a great addition to Eagle Pass! :)
