they returned my puppy back basically showered in feces with no improvement whatsoever. I picked him up in worse conditions than how i had first dropped him off. horrible experience.

We are sorry there was miscommunication. We cleaned your pup up right before we walked him out but like with most all parvo cases they have uncontrollable diarrhea. That’s why we also took him out with pee pads. We are sorry you think otherwise and we hope he gets better soon.

I have always been very skeptical about veterinary hospitals because I always end up losing my pets but this place made me feel very secure even with this pandemic going on. I wasn’t able to be inside with my cat but they would answer every call and every question. My cat is now healthier than ever and loving her momma again 🤍

My dog ate a plastic cap off of a tube of something. She was seen first thing in the morning, x-rayed, and had been operated on by noon. This hospital and staff are amazing. They are attentive, sympathetic, and truly caring. Rogue and I are thankful for this hospital.
Took my “fat boy” cat in due to abscess on his shoulder. Staff and Dr were super awesome. Had to do a small procedure on him, he is home and doing great. They were super professional with me and my fat boy. They were efficient, friendly and super affordable. Thanks for everything you guys and gals!
Eagle Pass was in desperate need of a vet / animal hospital that actually opens for emergencies. I’m glad that we’ve been blessed with EPVDH. I called Saturday around 6PM and within 20 minutes my dog was already getting diagnosed and treated. They kept me updated and informed throughout the entire process via phone calls and text. Thanks to them, my dog is alive today.
