Wow the worst movers ever they broke my things I paid for insurance then they said my things were not coverd I refused to sign the contract at the end cuz they wanted to over charge me 2 hours so they blocked my driveway and called the POLICE they told they to leave don't use this company o and they also were 2 hours late

On Saturday June 28th, Eagle Lines came to my home in South Easton, MA to move a bedroom set and a sectional couch. This was a very small and simple job to accomplish. To make it even easier, my new residence was less than 100 yards down the street. I have moved several times in the past, out of state and with many more items. This was not that type of move. MISSING ITEMS! I never received boxes containing precious personal belongings. I under NO circumstances would ever recommend this company to anyone. My personal experience was horrible and I regret ever trusting my possessions into the care of Eagle Van Lines of Watertown, Mass aka Careful Movers LLC :(

Great experience! – We had an excellent experience. No complaints at all - I would use again and highly recommend. This was a move from Boston area to Lake Winnipesaukee area of New Hampshire. Everything was easy, from booking on-line to the move, everyone was courteous and helpful. Booking was easy, the guys showed up on-time and even called to let me know they were on the way. Good talk, poor followup – We moved from Ma to Florida, and were told by Eagle they used experienced drivers, and all would go well with one of the pickup packing drivers on board for the delivery in Florida. The packing went well, with additional charges of $2,500 due to miscalculations by the sales agent. In FL the truck arrived OK, but the driver ( a young man with another young 20 yr old assistant) was unable to bring the truck next to the house. He stated the trees would scratch his moving van. Great move with Eagle Van Lines – We moved last month with Eagle Van Lines from Beacon Hill to Somerville. The guys did a great job - worked efficiently, carefully and respectfully. Plus, they did it in the time frame requested (actually it may have taken even less time!). We can't over-emphasized how important it is to have a courteous and hard working team to help with a move. Eagle Van Lines Sucks! – I hired Eagle Van Lines to conduct an out-of-state move from Massachusetts to Florida. I was initially told my items will arrive within a week, a week later I called and was told the truck has not left Massachusetts yet. I called the company and was interrupted in the middle of my story to be told " I should have packed more wisely" in regards to urgency of receiving my items. Terrible - multiple items damaged – On June 18th of 2010 the Eagle Movers were hired to move us from Shrewsbury to Shrewsbury. Damaged futon (unusable), italian buffet, dining table (by forced assembly), kid's bedroom set (again incorrect assembly, drilled wholes where they were not supposed to be). Default insurance is useless since they are not willing to pay based on it. Great Moving Experience – I recently moved with Eagle and was very happy. Although my move was only 2 streets up the movers were very careful and wrapped all of my belongings. I never used a moving company before, and I must say that I was very pleased with the service, every one was very nice and worked hard. If you want to have a good experience and move your belongings safely, give them a call!
