Eagle Homes built our house 3 yr ago. We haven't had any issues. During the building process, it was enjoyable to stop by occasionally and chat with Jarod, the trim carpenter, and watch the progress. We found that Eric and his crew were knowledgeable and easy to work with.
We couldn’t be happier with our home and our experience with Eagle Homes. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are exceptional, and the quality of work exceeded our expectations. Communication throughout the process was clear and reliable, which made the entire process from design to completion run smoothly. We had a fantastic experience with Eagle Homes. Their attention to detail, utilization of high-quality subcontractors, and strong understanding of city code made the entire process very smooth- especially at the end when it came time for city inspection (they have a strong understanding of that process and the many nuances of the city's requirements) - which is always an important time as you balance lender timelines as well.
