Terry Barker did a honest, throrough and detailed job. He explained very well all areas that needed to be addressed and if I ever needed another inspection I would call him in a minute. I highly reccommend him.

Terry Barker actually ended up doing two inspections for me. He was very thorough and explained the issues he found during his inspection. He furnished a written report of the issues found along with pictures which is quite helpful. His report was useful in determining which house to purchase and his report has prepared me for issues that may arise after purchase. I highly recommend consulting Terry prior to purchasing a home.

Terry was very knowledgeable in every aspect of the home he even offered suggestions for correcting any problems that we ran across. He also emailed a VERY detailed pdf report to me complete with photographs and explanations. I recommend his service to any and everyone that is thinking of buying a home....or just wanting to know what you have to work with.

Terry was extremely professional and he was very very thorough in his inspection. He went through everything with a fine-tooth comb and overlooked nothing. He took as much time as he needed and when he was finished he took great effort and time in explaining everything he found. Mr. Barker was professional, thorough and knowledgable. He inspected a home that was less than a year old and found numerous issues that I needed to know about. He was patient and does a great job explaining exactly what needs to be addressed. The inspection lasted more than 3 hours and I received a detailed report within a day. Home inspection at it's best! He will not miss a thing; very knowledgeable on electrical, plumbling, heating & cooling as well. He also understands codes on homes and commercial properties. Will not waste your time or money!

If you need to get a Home Inspection you can not get another that is as good as Mr. Barker for your inspection needs. Mr. Barker is very thorough and will not miss a thing. I definately recommend him, he is very informative and will help you understand exactly what he found in the inspection. A+ service. :-)
