Product and price is fine, but supposed to arrive at 10am and as of 3:30pm day of, they are still unaccounted for. Communication was severely, severely lacking. Overall, not worth the hassle and would recommend elsewhere.
Do not come to this company, people do not understand how to work, how to unload cargo. The manager is a typical Karen who doesn't make contact. No one but her speaks English.
Patty was a great help with helping me with my granite selection for my custom home. I even wanted more pieces in different parts in my home. Please ask for Patty!
Difficulty getting a call back.
This company was wonderful to work with. We are very happy customers! Patty was so helpful and easy to work with. Our project took longer than expected. Patty would periodically check in with us for updates. She was so patient! When we realized after the granite was put in that we’d need additional holes for the faucets, Patty and her team came to our rescue. We’ll definitely be repeat customers.
