We had an issue with our engineered wood floor stairs and they were starting to fall apart (literally, the edges were splintering off). I called Eagle Floors and spoke with Roby Newell. He came out that day to take a look at the issue. He said they could fix it no problem. It took a couple months to get the product in, but his crew came out and ripped out our broken, poorly installed stair treads and put in the new ones in two days total.
