We had an excellent experience with Eagle Floors & Design! We worked with Ben Florence, but everyone working there is very nice, knowledgeable and happy to help. We replaced vinyl flooring with tile in two rooms, and replaced all of the carpet in our home. Ben managed the project from beginning to end, including floor demo, carpet removal, and installation. My company had about 1,200 square feet of Mannington Adura Max installed at our downtown office. The team at Eagle Floors & Design were all professional, highly competent and very friendly. We would certainly do business with them again. The flooring and the install has stood up very well over the last 2+ years. Very satisfied.
Bob is literally an angel of a person to have in the current construction industry. I don't think I have ever experienced the reliability and care for my jobs from anyone like I have between Bob and Pierre. I don't ever have to worry about my jobs and in the one off chance that I do, it is immediately taken care of or at least communicated on. My forever flooring guys!
