Eagle Flooring just finished laying our engineered flooring throughout the whole house. This was an upscale oak and we worked out all the details with Rob and Will (you work with the owners not a salesman). As a retired custom home builder I've worked with a lot of contractors. These installers were top notch and took extra steps to make sure the planks went down tight and color matched the planks. I would leave zero stars if that were an option. This past weekend, this company was doing repairs to faulty flooring in my office. The owner acted extremely unprofessionally. Yelling, and then cussed. Basically said if the what they did doesn’t hold up, too bad. They will be making no more repairs to flooring that has a 10 year warranty. While the faulty product is not his fault, his behavior, actions and words were.

Bad idea to REQUIRE a Facebook login to see your website. Will not consider you because I do not, and will not, use Facebook. Offer an alternative.
