Absolutely terrible customer service. They not respond back promptly nor follow scheduled appointment times. They caused extreme stress and inconvenience and I will be using another service moving forward.
Eagle Flooring installed my hardwood floor on behalf of Simple Floors and did a good job on the floor. However, the installers put a hole in a wall and ripped part of my cabinet. I had to pay a handyman to install a piece of wood across the damage area and of course it now looks like a "repaired" cabinet. Eagle also put a hole in the wall. In early February, Eagle Flooring promised to pay for the damage to the cabinet but has not yet done and a month has passed.
