I felt a need to add this again. Horrible Terrible Installation! I has been, I believe, 11 years now and the seams have never disappeared. Very expensive carpet and extremely shoddy installation. Horrible installation. Bought expensive carpet and their installers botched the job. 3+ years later and the seams are still very visible. I tried working with them at the time but they kept sending out the same installer who kept telling me the seams would disappear. This is the kind of work you can expect from Eagle Flooring. There was hardly any mortar used when my master shower tile was installed. Six of the tiles cracked 14 months after it was installed. When the tiles were replaced I found the visible gap behind the tiles and lack of mortar. Ian from Eagle Flooring came out, was extremely unprofessional and said the tiles were installed correctly. Beware of this company!
