I have attended this practice for the past 15 years or so, although Dr. Carol Webb is a new physician since my former doctor retired from her practice. I truly enjoy working with her and sense her sincerity in how she treats any problems I present to her.

My experience with Dr. Kerr and his wonderful nurse, Andi, is always positive. Scheduling or rescheduling an appointment is always a simple process, prescription refill requests are always handled in a timely and efficient manner. Dr. Kerr is always knowledgeable about new technology and studies and is willing to share that information with his patients. The lab is usually the only drawback, as wait times there can be a little lengthy.
Dr. Shaw and Amy are both friendly, kind, well informed. Their care for my husband and me is always great. They take time to listen and to review treatments. They make sure that we understand what we need to do to stay healthy. It is clear that they really care about their patients.
Professional staff, great service, I would highly recommend.

Dr. Polite takes a personal interest in my physical and mental fitness. He possesses outstanding communication skills; especially active listening. I am thankful he is my primary care physician.
