The registrar was warm and friendly. She was efficient. My wait time was less than 10 minutes to the treatment room. The nurse who initiated my vital signs is like an old friend as she has greeted me on all of my visits. I waited just 5 minutes when Dr Miller arrived. She greets me warmly and really listens to my concerns. She answers all my questions thoughtfully. She offers options if I ask for alternative medicines. She advices me on maintaining good health. I arrived for my appointment to find about 20 people waiting to check in. Check in was unexpectedly quick and wait time to be called was speedy as well. Very little wait time for Dr Miller. Excellent experience.
As always, my experience was excellent. Lisa is a great friend and doctor, health coach and conversationalist. I've been with her for years and the continuity means a lot. Really really happy to know and rely on her. Brad
