I always get good service but today was excellent. Customer Service is always on point and Ala did an exceptional job. She was very kind and took great care of me. Dr Ching was very thorough and seemed to truly care about me. I even got a sweet treat from a Dr at the front desk. Thanks. I needed a positive experience and I got it.
I am a patient of Dr. Turmel. I have ALWAYS been so impressed with the care and attention that I have received. They are always busy but...I have NEVER had to wait long at all when I have an appointment. I am confident in the care that my doctor and this practice offers.
I have followed this practice for at least 30 years! The staff is very friendly. The providers are thorough. Would never think about going anywhere else. Thank you!
7-19-21 I can't speak for all care aspects, but this is a great place to get a yearly physical. The waiting area fills up but you get down to business at your appointment time. PA Scifres is thorough and personable. Quick and efficient too. I can't remember the medical assistant's name (Eric?) but he was more of the same. The nurses in the lab are also personable and are great at what they do. Bonus for enjoying my shenanigans! Checkout was quick and a breeze. Excellent and very happy with this location.
